Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Rev.A the system fan is running at an extremely high speed even if there is no load. I thought the problem was in windows 11, but I am sure there is no relevant effect, because I shutted down the pc and restarted by entering to the system BIOS menu after the restart before the windows operating system is loaded. Even if I the pc in the BIOS screen the fan is running at a high speed.
Kindly, I tried to roll back to the previous version of the BIOS, but it did not work. How can I solve this problem?
