Product: HP Notebook - 15-af103ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP note book - 15-af103ax. The system is with operating system Windows 10 64 bit. The AMD graphics card driver is currently with c version 16.12.2. If i update the graphics card version behind 16.12.2 the system hangs frequently when moving the mouse.

You can use the generic drivers from the AMD website but the HP version is more custom tailored to your actual hardware. 

 

AMD itself says this:

 

Important Note for Laptop and All-In-One (AIO) PCs

AMD recommends OEM-provided drivers which are customized and validated for their system-specific features and optimizations.

If you experience issues using the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition driver package downloaded from AMD.com, please install the OEM-provided drivers for full support and compatibility.

 

I think you are experiencing an issue with the AMD driver which is not unusual. Was there a reason the HP driver was not to your liking?
