Hi:

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that HP offered 1 TB NVMe SSD's in the model series.

HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1051ax - Setup and User Guides | HP® Support

They just didn't offer a 1 TB NVMe SSD along with a 1 TB HDD.

I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to replace the 512 GB NVMe SSD with a 1 TB one.

The only thing is, you will need to find and buy the additional parts needed to add a 2.5" drive.

Most likely they are not there if your notebook only came with a 512 GB NVMe SSD.

The parts you need can be found in chapter 3.

have 512GB PCle NVME SSD pre-Installed and have a SATA slot 2.5inch in that slot there is a frame and an empty dummy disk. I want to know the configurations i can go with for best duo storage options. Remember for SATA i have frame and connecter already in my laptop connected with dummy drive

If you already have the parts, I have already answered your question.

Once again, I don't see any reason why you couldn't replace the 512 GB NVMe SSD with a 1 TB NVMe SSD and use it along with a 1 TB 2.5" SATA SSD.

HP only offered dual drive configurations as indicated in chapter 1 of the service manual.

I can upgrade every components. But I don't know the limitations. I mean how much will my laptop supports does it supports 1tb nvme ssd+1tb hdd or any other configuration.

As I wrote the other day...

I don't see any reason why you can't install a 1 TB NVMe SSD and have a 1 TB 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD.

The drive configurations are just what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity supported.

HP offered 1 TB NVMe SSD's in the model series according to chapter 1 of the service manual, so why shouldn't one work with a 1 TB HDD/SSD?
