HP 240 G9 Notebook PC.

¡Hola!
Tengo una laptop HP 240 G9 (de 14 pulgadas) con 8 GB de RAM, Intel Celeron N4500 y disco de 250 GB.
Originalmente tenía Windows 11 Pro pero me iba muy lento, todo era pesado, apenas se abrian las carpeta , opte en instalar Windows 10 Pro para que funcionara más rápido. y si funciona rapido ya no tengo problemas con los sitios web ni el lag pero
Tras la instalación, el TouchPad deja de funcionar y ya no aparece en el administrador de dispositivos.
He intentado buscar el driver en la página de HP pero no lo encuentro. llevo casi 15 horas intentando solucionar el problema pero aun no puedo, porfa si alguien sabe algo ayudenme, soy estudiante universitadio y ocupo ayuda
¿Alguien sabe cómo puedo instalar el driver o habilitar el TouchPad en Windows 10 en esta laptop?
¿Hay algo que pueda hacer para que aparezca de nuevo?

Hi:

 

Your notebook is only supported by HP for W11.

 

I have only two suggestions you can try before you reinstall W11:

 

1. Use the oldest W11 driver from your notebook's support page and see if that works on W10.

 

ELAN Precision Touchpad Filter Driver

2. If the above driver doesn't work, try the newest W10 touchpad driver from the 240 G8 which has W10 drivers:

buenas tardes muchas gracias por tu tiempo y consejo. no me funciono lo que me decias y no quiero volver al W11 por el motivo de que se trababa demasiado y era super lenta y pesado, ahora con el w10 va rapido, fluido, lo unico malo es el touchpad por lo visto no ahi solucion para lo mio, enserio gracias por tu tiempo PAUL_TIKKANEN eres una gran persona

en la imagen se muentras el mouse y otros dispositivos pero solo aparece cuando un mouse inalambrico esta conectado y cuando no, pues en el administrador de dispostivo desaparece cualqueir signo del mouse, y abajo en otros dispositivos no me deja actualizar  ese tambien puede ser el problema pero no me deja actualizar como ya dije

Sorry that neither of those drivers worked for you.

 

If you install both of these drivers, that should get rid of some of the devices that need drivers in your screenshot.

If you post the hardware ID's for the other devices that still remain after you install the above two drivers, I will see if I can help you with those.

You need these drivers:

 

8086-4E11:

 

Intel Gaussian and Neural Accelerator Driver

 

sp143912.exe

 

INT34C8:

 

Intel Serial IO Driver 

 

I zipped up and attached the driver for that device, below.

 

You will have to manually install the driver as there is no exe file.

 

Download and unzip the attached file to its folder.


Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

 

Go to the device manager,

 

Click on the INT34C8 device needing the driver.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

 

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that you unzipped.

 

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

 

Then restart the notebook.

Yes, I posted the wrong driver and edited my post.

 

I guess you tried the driver before I deleted it.

 

Look again at my post that I edited and it now has the right driver that you have to manually install.

 

I found it on the Microsoft Update Catalog website.
