Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please how do I find the name and model of my laptop. The label on the laptop has been cleaned off. I can only access the product ID and Device ID on the system.

I have already given you the answer to your question the other day.

 

That is the only way when no info can be read off the labels.

If your notebook is operational, you can also use the HP support assistant to identify the model number, product number and serial number...to install the HP support assistant, you can download it by clicking on the orange button at the top right side of the page.
