My HP Laptop failed a hardware component test on the mouse/touchpad /pointer with failure ID GLNEXX-8PPBQP-GXGGRG-G1T713.
Please what is the meaning?

Here is the error message translation by an HP utility.
The touchpad connection to the laptop's system board header should be reseated. If the error still is present afterward, the touchpad should be replaced.
