Official specs say there is a TPM 2.0 Module:

For Windows 10, Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 (Infineon SLB9670)

What have you tried?

But when i cheack my laptop i dont have it what should i do?

It would be built into the motherboard and if not present there is no way to add it. I would run some advanced 3rd party hardware diagnostic tool like Speccy or Sysoft Sandra and see if one of them can detect it.

I have the exact same issue with my HP Zhan 14 G3 - Intel 10th Gen. No TPM detected in system diagnostics or 3rd party software like Speccy as suggested. No Enable/Disable option in BIOS as well. Although, spec sheet clearly says TPM 2.0 is installed. I have heard that in these versions (Zhan) TPM is hard disabled by HP because of some regional limitations. Can someone from HP confirm that and suggest a solution for it? In my region TPM is not illegal to use.
