Hi i have big problem i have no idea where to update my TPM from 1.2 to 2.0 on HP Zbook Studio G3 (Windows 11), can you help me by sending the link to the website to update and some advices how to do it? Thank you

I installed this TPM utility but it said ,,Unable to find a valid TPM BIN file to switch firmware. Check the firmware version to make sure it needs to be updated.''

I would not be able to help you with resolving any problems you encounter performing the update.

The error sounds like you didn't pick the correct TPM update bin file, or you didn't place the file at the same level of directory where the update utility is.

 

If you know the correct TPM1.2 to 2.0 bin file, copy it from the \Firmware folder to below the TPM Config64.exe and execute it.

 

If you are not sure about your TPM 1.2 version, find it by running tpm.msc command in the Run.

Now i did, but i got message 

''This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

The I/O device is configured incorrectly, or the driver configuration parameters are incorrect.''

i dont know what exactly i did wrong here
