Update says my computer cannot upgrade to Windows 11.  It is Pavilion i7 -6700HQ CPU running Windows 10 Pro. It has 16 G of memory and TPM 2.0.  Why cannot this machine be upgraded to Windows 11?

Hello @Al1426 .
Your computer does not meet the requirement of having a compatible processor to install/upgrade to Windows.
You can check the list of supported Intel processors from the following link:

Hi, @Al1426

If you are interested, I can give you two ways to bypass the W11 hardware checks so you can upgrade to W11, as well as a way to go back to W10 if necessary, after the default 'Go back to W10' period expires.
