Product: HP Spectre x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-eu0000 (7K633AV)
When I open a meeting in Teams, it is causing my laptop to crash to a blue screen and reboot. This doesn't happen every meeting and is seemingly random. However, it is always when I join a teams meeting.
I have ran the hardware tests and no problems have been identified.
I have reinstalled teams and this has not helped.
If I go to event viewer, I can see a critical event each time this has happened and it is always the same type - The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
My laptop is only a few months old.
Can someone help with this?
Thanks
