My computer had an issue with the right hinge, and sometimes it was overheating. I also needed a general cleaning for the fan and keyboard, so I delivered my computer to HP technical service on February 21st. However, a few days later, I noticed that parts like the screen frame and the screen panel were added to the system with the note 'ordered from abroad.' But there was no issue with any part of my computer except the hinge. I haven’t received any information regarding this, and I’m worried that something might have happened to my device while it was at the service. What steps should I take? ( my device is under warranty)

Hi @Alper33,

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you have an issue with the PC where after sending it to the repair it shows other parts like the panel and cover getting replaced and you are not sure about it,

Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
