I bougth My laptop from USA 4 years ago and using it in TURKEY. It does not power up so i sent it to HP technical servise in TURKEY. they say “motherboard is out of order, it should be changed but we can not get a new motherboard because HP international tecnical service does not provide technical support for these part”  So they send my computer back without doing anything. I need a new motherboard to run my laptop and cant get it. How can i solve this problem ?

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty.
