Product: Omen EN0002AX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hii Everybody,

                I have bought a New HP Omen EN0002AX which has average of 38°C on Battery Saver aduring IDLE and slight web surfing.When I plugged , the average temps go higher of nearly 50°C and maximum of 60°C while at IDLE and web surfing.Why it is causing?

 

Note:I am using F.07 BIOS Version but I think I wasn't see this problem on F.06 version.

 

Please Kindly help me to sort out the issue.

I'm on BIOS F.06 still experience the same issue... I think it's because the new Windows 10 Update (kb4580364)... Have you recently updated your Windows 10??
