Hi , my temperature on this laptop is being 90 degree celsisus and other times around 87 degree ! I aint doing that much of heavy task now . i have snapped a picture of the "Hp Omen Gaming Hub"" 's stats on my device Kindly let me know on the best temperature to be maintained for the sake of longevity of my Hp victus i5 12 gen laptop ?

Hi,
In the Processes I see you are running two "rendering software" (Handbraker:Vegas Pro) which usually use a lot of CPU and GPU power, maxing out as much as they can. Actually strange that your GPU is at 0% if you are working with the software.
90° CPU should not harm the PC and under heavy load it is normal that it stays at these temps.

Hi , thanks for your reply !
I just opened the vegas at that time , it was only minimized , i wasn't doing any work over there . And in the handbrake a file was being converted so it might be the reason for which my gpu was not utilized . having said these , i still want to know , is the 90 degree for that very load be considered around ideal ? and also at point of my cpu temperature would be considered "concerning" for my device ?
