Product: HP ZBook Fury 16 G9 Mobile Workstation PC IDS Base Model

We have been using the HP Zbook 16 G9 (40 notebooks) for the past month and have noticed that after extended periods of use, the surfaces on which the notebooks are places become quite hot. The temperatures of these notebooks reach around 40 degrees Celsius during regular operation. We would like to know what the optimal operating temperature for notebooks is and if you can recommend any guidelines or steps that our company should take to ensure the notebooks operate at an optimal temperature and reduce the heat impact on our desks.
