I just want to report on the TERRIBLE battery life on my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ap0xxx, serial number [Personal Information Removed].  I do not use this PC often, but when I go to use it, battery is dead.  I put the PC on a charger 3 days ago to charge it up.  Once charged, i unplugged it (it was shutdown, not on sleep).  When I go to use it 3 days later, battery has 8% remaining.  WHAT IS SUCKING THE BATTERY DRY WHEN NOT IN USE.

I purchased this so I could have a mobile PC on the infrequent times I need it, and it always let's me down. VERY expensive boat anchor (i believe this PC may have, maybe <40 charging cycles on it!)

 

anyone have any ideas?  What is "running" and consuming battery when the pc is shutdown (or is the battery simply ***bleep***?).
