Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use Windoes 10 and windows 11 on my laptop selected by menu at start up. My SDXC reader works fine on Win11 but does not work on win10. Investigating in HP website I downladed and  installed the driver sp112848.exe with no success. Can anyone help me?

If that driver update package did not work, it is likely that your ZBook 15 has the Realtek PCIe Media card instead of the Alcor Micro version.

That can be  verified by booting into Windows 11, invoking the Device Manager and expanding the Memory Technology device.

You should see the manufacturer name of your card reader there. It should be just below the Keyboards device.
