Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-ay0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The USB-C Port on my HP Envy X360 13in (2020) stopped working. I cannot charge my laptop through the USB-C port (or charge other devices), nor does it recognize any devices that are connected to it. I bought this laptop 5 months ago so its relatively new. It worked just fine a few months ago but now it is not working. What do I do to fix it?

First you want to run a hardware diagnostic test on it:

If the usb-C port fails the test, there is no fix. It would be necessary to replace the motherboard. If the test passes it is a Windows problem and we can work on some adjustments. Post back and let us know how the tests come out.

All spelled out in the link I sent you. One of the testing options in the full UEFI diagnostic is USB ports.
