Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r1000 (9J121AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I dropped my HP victus 16's 230w ac adapter around two meters tall from the stairs, the stairs and floor were covered with carpet but the adapter hit the wall in the middle and then landed on the carpet. The adapter still works as normal after I dropped it But when I shook it hard I could hear a sound and feel something shaking inside, are the sounds and shaking normal? I'm not sure if there were any of these sounds and shakes before it falls .The adapter works as normal but just the sounds and shakes, can anyone tells me is that normal compare to the original adapter?
