Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The batery is not charging, 0% all drivers checked, new computer, need to do something? Maybe chargers fault?

If the computer runs with the AC adapter plugged in it is very unlikely to be bad. Batteries can and do go bad at all stages of the lifecycle. You need to make a warranty claim as the battery should be covered.
