The batery of my Laptop mod.17bw0001np discharges even when it is disconnected.

What  i must do to resolve this problem

The only suggestion I can offer would be to turn off the fast startup option in the Windows control panel>power options.

 

With fast startup enabled, that is more like a hibernation state that uses some battery power to maintain the Windows status, when you elect to shut down the PC.
