HP Recommended

Hello,
I am the mother of the owner of the laptop.
Laptop details:
Model: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9X9AV)
Product Number: 8L707UA
Serial Number: (Edited)
Date of Purchase: March 2024
The battery is physically swollen, and the laptop discharges very quickly, sometimes turning off suddenly.
Windows shows the battery as working fine, but the swelling and rapid discharge indicate a serious safety issue.
I request urgent replacement of the battery. Please advise the next steps.
Thank you,
Inna Hasii (mother of the owner)
