I realized that my device wasn't charging, i mean, the battery is not getting power. But, when I turn off the notebook it begins to charge; so it doesn't gets energy only when turned on, I can't use it for long periods of time without turning it off, even, there is a light in one side that indicates when fully charged, and it always tells me that the battery is at its max.

The TPM module is a security chip on your computer that stores certain information regarding your computer's security. If you've created any TPM security encryption and keys it will get erased when you press F1 to complete the recovery.
Otherwise, the default encryption gets overwritten and it should work again (Recommended), Press F2 to Reject.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Reinstalling Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery under device manager may resolve this issue. Let us try these steps:
Step 1: Click the Windows “Start” button and right-click “Computer.”
Step 2: Click “Manage,” then “Device Manager.”
Step 3: Click the “Batteries” section. A list of devices will appear.
Step 4: Right-click the “Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery” device and click “Uninstall.”
Step 5: Click the “Action” menu item and “Scan for Hardware Changes” to reinstall the driver.
Restart the computer and check.
If the issue persists, I recommend you update the BIOS from this link, enter your Product number or name.
Also, Click here to run a battery test on the PC.
Let me know how this goes.

I tried the first solution, nothing changed. By the way, when updating the BIOS a few minutes later appear a prompt that ask me to Clear TPM. What do I do? Should I decline or accept?
Edit: Also I tried using another AC cable just in case, but it still doesn't charge when turned on, so my thoughts are that its something related to the battery
