The battery needs to be replaced

When I tested the battery in my device, it received the error "U7LFSW-BAECAP-MFPX1G-C0EC23" and was told that it needed to be replaced. I request that I be contacted on this issue.

To get the battery replacement, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
