Product: HP Pavilion x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-er0000 (23T75AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello. Please I require some guidance with how to deal with this situation. I purchased an HP Pavilion x360 yesterday. The laptop has been fully charged, but the battery for no reason drains too quickly. I literally lose 1% of the battery time every two minutes I'm browsing on the internet. Even with wi-fi turned off, the situation is almost the same. I have taken measures to close all background programs, reduce excessive battery usage to the barest possible level by reducing brightness and ensuring that the computer is always set to battery saver mode. I have also done a BIOS update, but the problem persists.
Someone, please help.
