Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When my laptop is fully charged or above 95% and i still plug in the power cable it is not charging as known to save battery life. But i notice that ,when i shut down my laptop and on the next day when i open it (plugged in too) , the battery precentage decrease by 1 or 2 % while there is no any usage on the battery... So i would like to know if there is a problem or this is normal.
Thank you.

Thank you.
So which is better for the battery , to let it charge from 94% to 100% ,or to discharge it to 20% and recharge it again.

I use 94-100 %, which is default.  I see no point in deliberately causing the battery to discharge.
