The lower cover (the part underneath that rests on the desk) has deformed, and the notebook on the two lateral sides has opened: now there are at least 4/5 mm of space (you can see the inside) and I can no longer recombine the parts. I don't know if it depends on this, but the fan is always on and the performance of the notebook has decreased.

This seems to be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
