Hello,

 

I hope you are doing well. I have the laptop model HP Envy 13  aq1185nr and when I bought it every key in the keyboard was working well. Some time suddenly the control key on the left side on my keyboard on the buttom stopped working and now it is not responsive (When I press it, it does nothing) . What should I do? Do you have technical support in Finland that I can call to fix this issue?

I believe it is a hardware issue.
