Product: HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D7AV)
I have a HP Envy x360 laptop that I use when traveling. I am getting ready to take a trip, so I start up my laptop, check for software updates, run a virus scan, check for driver updates, etc. After doing this, I noticed that my camera does not work. When I run the camera app, it tells me that it cannot find my camera. However, if I run the HP hardware diagnostic at the component level, it reports that the camera is working with no errors. I have checked to make sure the drivers are up to date, and I even uninstalled/reinstalled the device. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any suggestions?
