Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer does not charge for a short time and then charges again in a few seconds. This happens continuously.

Your picture is missing (if there was one). What system do you have?  Product id?

What type of charging cable?  USB_C?  There could be a problem with the cable or the connector

or the battery or just about anything.
