HP Spectre x360 - 15-df1007ne
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought the laptop on 20th July 2020. Recently, I observed that the keyboard d/top cover became curved, resulting in the bottom cover being disconnected from it, for around 20 cm long. See the attached photo. Also, because of this, the left side of the touchpad, had raised in such a way that it is slightly above the level of the keyboard d/top cover.

Taking in consideration that this laptop is a premium HP product, is abnormal to have this problem, less than 3 years since it was purchased.

The question is: did anyone facing the same problem ?

Waiting your replies.

Thank you !

Today, I removed the back side cover and I found the problem: the battery became bulged. See the attached photo. The question that arises is why this is happening for a premium HP laptop, used less than 3 years ?
