My laptop has fully battery. After removing the charging cable after a few minutes it turns off with the message your device has very low battery. Even the battery saver is not turning on. I've been seeing the hp battery alert bios has detected that the capacity of the internal battery has been reduced message very frequently as well. The laptop turns off with the message of low battery, but when I plug in the charger it has 100% battery and when I remove it, after a few minutes it turns off

2 questions: 1/ What is the model or product number of the laptop? 2. How old is it? After even 2 years of use it is very possible for the battery to be consumed and need replacement, which is the problem you very likely are facing.

The laptop turns off even with full battery with the message of low battery. When I plug in the charger, I see that the laptop has full battery. The laptop turns off even when 1% battery is used, i.e for example my laptop has 100% battery, so it will turn off at 99%. Just now it turned off when i turned it on it had 37% battery and went to 100% in seconds.

You did not answer either of my questions. The behavior you are describing is possible to happen when the battery is depleted.

I'm not aware about that information, that is why I'm unable to answer
