Product: HP ENVY x360 15 Convertible PC 15-eu1000 (4V9Q2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The laptop won't turn on.  Windows 11 cloud did not completely back up files, and I can't access the files they do have from a replacement laptop because it's new, not synced.  Can I get the files from the HP hard drive?

 

Why does anyone use Windows 11 and its ridiculous approach to cloud storage?
