Envy x360

The rubber strips have peeled off on the bottom of my laptop. Is there any way for them to be replaced?

HP sells a replacement kit for some models so we need to know exactly which model yours is to answer.

I have the HP Envy x360 Convertible 15-bp1xx. But I honestly should not have to purchase a replacement set.

And I am not selling them to you. We here at the Forum have no power to send you a free set I can just tell you where to get them. Here is the part:

Rubber Foot Kit (not illustrated, includes bottom cover rear foot strip) 924891-001

The HP Parts Store does have it in stock:

$21 seems a little pricey but I also do not set the prices. If you are under warranty you can make a claim and see if they will send you a free set.

If the strips are not stretched or otherwise damaged they can be reattached as well. Use rubber cement not a volatile compound like model airplane glue.

Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.
