The system (Laptop) get heated even with simple browsing. What could be the reason. I have already upgraded the BIOS as per HP help center direction but the prblem is still there.

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

I see that HP Pavilion 13-an0000 Laptop PC is overheating, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  •  When was the last time it worked fine?
  • What is the operating system?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?

While you respond to that, I recommend you to perform the following link to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

1. This is new laptop, from the first day the systems get heated with browsing.

2. I have never change any hardware or softwar.

3. As per HP service center advice, the only  BIOS driver was updated to resolve the issue, but the problem still exist.

4. The windows is 64 bits.

the laptop is only 5 dyas in my used and it is brand new laptop. I dont think there is any issue of dust.
