The system (Laptop) get heated even with simple browsing. What could be the reason. I have already upgraded the BIOS as per HP help center direction but the prblem is still there.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- When was the last time it worked fine?
- What is the operating system?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?

1. This is new laptop, from the first day the systems get heated with browsing.
2. I have never change any hardware or softwar.
3. As per HP service center advice, the only BIOS driver was updated to resolve the issue, but the problem still exist.
4. The windows is 64 bits.
the laptop is only 5 dyas in my used and it is brand new laptop. I dont think there is any issue of dust.
