This is my laptop name:  HP ENVY dv6 Notebook PC, and serial number: 2CE32900SP. I need to upgrade my SSD and RAM. But I can not find my laptop on the website to determine the proper RAM product for it. I would be more than grateful if you could help me with this issue.

Hi:

 

HP has retired support for the model series since it is more than 10 years old which is why you can't find any information on it.

 

Based on the information you posted, you have a HP Envy dv6-7308ee notebook.

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the memory upgrade information (chapter 1 page 5).

You can replace the 2.5" 750 GB mechanical hard drive with a 500 GB or 1 TB 2.5" SATA SSD.

 

They don't make 750 GB SSDs.
