Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP elitebook 820 G2 whose wifi card has refused to recognize a different wifi network. I have tried to reinstall drivers but doesnt help. The OS is Windows 10 professional 64 bit.

Can it "see" other wifi SSID ? If not, it may only support 2.5GHz networks. Please allow router to broadcast DUAL bands it will see 2.4GHz SSID and allow you to connect.
