Hello, I just noticed that there is a bump on my keyboard and I am pretty sure my laptop never fall on the ground. Does anybody know what’s going on? Thanks

It is hard to tell what it really looks like. Is the keyboard raising up? If so it could be the battery swelling. Does your battery still hold a charge? Try running Diagnostics on the battery to see if that reveals anything. Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and look for Component tests.

Thank you for your reply, CherylG. I have ran the diagnostics on the battery, it says OK. After doing some  research I think it is the battery swelling, I am going to disassemble it to see whether I need to buy a new battery. Again, thank you for you help!
