Hi
I would like to know how often should I change my thermal paste and what is the right temperature for my CPU?

Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i7 3610QM @ 2.30GHz
RAM
6.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)
Intel HD Graphics 4000 (HP)

You need to replace the thermal paste only when you replace the heat sink or the processor and there is no need to replace the thermal paste.
I recommend that you get your load temperatures underneath 85C. Under 80C is the sweet spot.
However, as long as it is under 90C, it is not damaging at all.

If the computer is overheating then I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.
