OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b1000 (4Z7U0AV)

Hello everyone. Premising that the Notebook for the moment has never presented any particular problems and seems to perform well even under stress, well I have some doubts about the Thermal Throttling activation that happens too often (intel extreme tuning utility) , in my opinion, but I am not an expert. I have read that the 12th generation I7 processors are able to work at higher temperatures than previous generations however it seems to me that my notebook reaches 90° Celsius too easily. When the CPU is at 20% the average temperature reaches 80°C (with momentary peaks of 100°C ) triggering the activation of Thermal Throttling already at 80°C, which obviously reduces performance. The question then is this: is my computer getting too hot compared to normal? Or, if these temperatures are to be considered normal, why is Thermal Throttling triggered so often at temperatures that the processor should be able to sustain without issues? If from the Omen HUB I turn the fans on full blast the average temperature becomes significantly more manageable. The computer is set to 'Balanced' and is not overclocked. (3060 6GB). (Video Attached). Thanks
