Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (599K0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've purchased the laptop on January 12,2024 it had undergone a thermal event on motherboard by September 2024. A lot of complaints were made by customera about it's overheating issues. No external device was connected and thus is clearly a manufacturing defect. Yet, HP denies to cover it under normal warranty. This is ridiculous.
