Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1B1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I recently bought HP 14 inch laptop (PC14-f1000). I'm using it with Thinkpad dock. Everything else seems to be working well, except laptop is running constantly on battery. So the dock (USB-C connection) is not charging.

 

If someone can hint me with any tips, or guide me to possible other threads on the subject I'd be thankful.

Your machine could be one of the following machines

 

             https://support.hp.com/hr-en/product/hp-14-inch-laptop-pc-14-f1000/2100372086/model/2100376537/produ...

 

For example:    HP Laptop 14-fq1078nr

 

Its USB-C port does not support USB Power Delivery therefore you can't charge your machine using USB-C port (with or without a dock).
