Laptop Product Number: 14-cm0088au
So this laptop are using a 4GB DDR4-1866 SDRAM, Is this ram are actually the same as Normal DDR4 ram or its a different type of ram? And Also if I want to upgrade did I have to used a SDRAM or can I used a DDR4 ram as all laptop used.

You can use a DDR4-2400 MHz memory chip up to a DDR4-3200 memory chip in your notebook.
The memory will automatically bridge to 1866 MHz which is as fast as your notebook's AMD A6-9225 processor can run the memory at.
Personally, I would install a DDR4-2400 memory chip in the notebook.

Your notebook has one memory slot and the slot supports up to 1 x 8 GB of DDR4 memory.
