Hi @BP144,

I understand your HP OmniBook X 14‑inch Snapdragon laptop may not be showing all “PC Optimized by HP” features. Let’s go through a few things to check and verify what might be happening.
1. What the OmniBook X includes
Ships with Windows 11, Snapdragon X Elite + Adreno GPU.
Supports modern Windows 11 and AI‑PC features.
Hardware includes Wi-Fi 7 / Bluetooth 5.4, modern SSD, touchscreen, and NPU for AI tasks.
On paper, it should support all typical “PC Optimized” features.
2. Why some features might appear “missing”
Some gaps are usually software or configuration-related, not actual missing hardware:
Drivers / OS support for ARM (Snapdragon) – Some older Windows apps or utilities may not be fully optimized. Touchpad, Wi-Fi, or specialized features may need updated drivers.
Lack of a full HP driver package – ARM-based laptops often rely on Windows Update and universal drivers, so some advanced HP features may not appear immediately.
App compatibility – Older x86 apps run under emulation and may not access all optimized PC functions.
Firmware / updates – Missing BIOS, optional driver updates, or disabled features (Wi-Fi, NPU, webcam) may hide some AI/Studio functions.
3. Steps to check and fix
Run Windows Update + HP Support Assistant
Install all updates to get ARM-specific drivers and firmware.
Check Device Manager
Look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark; missing drivers indicate a configuration gap.
Test hardware-accelerated features
Check Windows Studio Effects, battery management, graphics acceleration, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
Try ARM-compatible applications
Native ARM apps or universal Windows apps perform best.
x86 apps run in emulation and may have limitations — this is normal.
Check HP official documentation
Ensure optional drivers (Qualcomm package, wireless updates, firmware) are installed.
The OmniBook X physically does not have any missing modules.
Any “missing” features are usually due to ARM architecture, driver maturity, or software compatibility.
Following the steps above ensures your laptop is fully optimized and working as intended.
I hope this helps.
