Microsoft Windows 11

Hello - The laptop does not charge but will work with charging cord.

At boot up it says the CMOS checksum is invalid. CMOS Reset (502) but will then boot up to windows but doesn't show the correct time.

I ran diagnostics and it shows three Failure ID's:

600A6W-ANGA01-MFPV5F-COBN03 (Battery)

600A6W-APJ01-MFPV5F-08FX03 (Charging Port)

600A6W-ANGC68-MFPV5F-COBB03

Before I buy a new battery I would like to know if that is the only problem with the laptop.

Thank you.

Hi @MGedridge

If the battery needs to be replaced, but you see an error in the charging port, it may be a false error, if your device turns on with the charger it is most likely a false error because the battery is damaged.
