Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does the HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 have full Thunderbolt 3 support? On the specification page, it lists "1 USB Type-C™ with Thunderbolt™". Is this a full-featured Thunderbolt 3 port?

It is compatible with HP Elite Thunderbolt 3 Dock therefore logically it should have  Thunderbolt 3 specs.

I reviewed the link you provided, but HP has failed to specify what type of Thunderbolt connection is available.  They only specify Thunderbolt, which is very misleading.  Thunderbolt 1 is 10GB, Thunderbolt 2 is 20GB, and Thunderbolt 3 is 40GB.  I wish HP could be a little more specific.
