Does my 15-DK2093NE gaming laptop has thunderbolt port. Usb c has lightning symbol?  Which version 3 or 4?

Its specs

Its USB-C port is NOT a Thunderbolt™ 3 nor Thunderbolt™ 4 port. It ONLY is a SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge).

 

  • You can't use this port to charge your machine.
  • You can use this port to connect to a compatible monitor and get same result as DP 1.4.

No, that symbol is not a STANDARD Thunderbolt symbol for every one (not compulsory). Each vendor uses that symbol different way. Same as USB 3.0 color: some vendors use blue, other vendors use black (as USB 2.0) or red (on many HP machines).
