HP Recommended

~Hi.  ~When I type some (not all) capital letters, the Tilda sign ~ keeps appearing.  I have spoken with ~Microsoft who say it is a hardware problem and that some type of driver has broken.  ~Would anyone be kind enough to let me know how to rectify this~?  ~Thank you.
