Hi, I'm having issues with the tilt pen that came with my spectre x360 (prod. number should be 2MY21AA#ABB)

The pen is fully charged and connects normally.

However, only the rubber (The one that erases) tip on top is working (Shows little dot when close to the screen and "click" when it touches it)

The other tip does not work at all (No dot and no input)

The top button is working

I don't know how to fix this

I suggest that you try updating the software for your active pen see the hyperlink below this line

My Spectre x360-13ap000 notebook was delivered with the very same tilt/active stylus that you have.

There are updated pen drivers are available at the notebook's software and driver portal.
