I need help.

Bought on : March 30 ,2024
Warranty Expired : March 30, 2025

(1) I want to extend my warranty.
If extended warranty is not available , then please give me a carepack.
Please guide me through the process
(2) The left hinge of my Laptop has become titled and there is noticeable gap between hinge and screen.

(3) My laptop is overheating. Needs cleaning and thermal paste replacement

Laptop is in brand new condition . Hasn't been used in past 10 months .
Everything is as it as out of the box.

I am willing to pay HP for on-site service to get the mentioned problems fixed

Thanks for reaching out! I suggest contacting our phone/chat support team for personalized assistance. They can provide one-on-one help and may even be able to work their remote assistance magic to fix the problem.
Note: There might be a nominal charge for the service they provide.
